Presented by Charlotte's Off-Broadway in collaboration with Mental Health Reimagined, right before i go. is a powerful staged reading by acclaimed television writer Stan Zimmerman (The Golden Girls, Roseanne, and Gilmore Girls). More than a performance, this immersive experience invites audiences to engage with stories of loss, survival, hope, and resilience through art, conversation, and community. Honest, moving, and ultimately uplifting, right before i go. challenges the stigma surrounding mental health while reminding us of the life-changing power of compassion, connection, and hope.
